General Conditions of Sale (GCS)
These General Conditions of Sale govern sales made on the site https://www.solearadiance.fr , operated by Vick-Emmanuel Michel , under the trade name Soléa , registered with the RCS of Vienne under number 942 356 411 .
1. Products
The products offered for sale are those appearing on the site on the day of consultation by the user. Each product is presented with a description. The photographs are not contractual.
2. Price
Prices are indicated in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges. Soléa reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.
3. Order
Any order placed on the site implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. Once the order is confirmed, a confirmation email is sent to the address provided.
4. Payment

Payments are fully secure via partner platforms.
5. Delivery
Products are delivered in mainland France within 5 to 10 working days , to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on the carrier. In the event of a delay, Soléa cannot be held liable.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay a penalty.
Products must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be made within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned products.
7. Liability
Soléa cannot be held responsible for any indirect damages that may arise from the purchase of products. Its liability is limited to the amount of the order.
Soléa cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract in the event of stock shortage, unavailability of the product, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, in particular of postal services and means of transport.

9. Applicable law
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of Vienna (France), unless otherwise provided by mandatory legal provisions.
