Return and Refund Policy

At Solea Radiance , your satisfaction is our priority. If a product does not suit you, you have 30 days after receiving your order to make a return.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be unused , in perfect condition.

• Be returned in its original packaging .

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

Returns that do not comply with these conditions cannot be accepted.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer . We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your package without proof of postage.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued within 14 days via the same payment method used for the purchase .

Non-refundable items

Certain types of products cannot be returned due to hygiene or customization reasons. This will be specified on the product sheet if applicable.
